We are going to have a 2 day event the first day would be a meet and greet and etc..and have a great night the next day would be the reunion which we was going to hold it at a forest preserve near where we were staying. We were thinking of a place anywhere

A: My first suggestion for you will be to have everyone contribute a percentage of the badget and bring it together and spend some of it to hire a cateress to do most of the cooking like the salads etc. and use the rest for the BBQ. Its ok for everyone to

I'm looking for an area around Austin, maybe 1-3 hours outside of it for my family reunion(~100 people). I want an area where I can book several cabins or similar accommodations. Also, it would be good if there were a large main lodge for gatherings.



A: I'm guessing there will be folks of all ages in your party, so you might want to check with Great Wolf Lodge - I think that's the name of it. It's in Texas, but closer to Oklahoma than it is to Austin/Dallas, but it also might meet some of the requirements
