A: Birth records for living people are not on-line. You could wade through the "Vital Statistics" secrion of the newspaper, on microfilm in the county library, for the week. The noticice are usually 0 - 5 days afte the event. Look at the section

A: this isn't a flippant answer... you are in the genealogy area, and we don't know if you are looking for living relatives, or dead ones. It makes a difference, especially as to WHAT records will be open for finding someone.
