A: You're looking for a place to adopt where there is no advertising is used (to supply you with a child) and relinquishing parents are "honored". I'd laugh if it weren't so tragic and naive.

I have heard there are some facilitators that regularly place older infants or toddlers here in the USA. I can't seem to locate any... Anyone had any luck with this or know a good route to take to adopt a 1-3 year old domestically ? Looking for caucasion

A: I don't think you'll find stats on that but everyone I've met has either been a Pap, AP or somehow affiliated with a church. Its a great way to get first dibs. Kind of like the creepy Pap's with police scanners listening for incidences involving kidd
