There are no social agencies to aid them and before Living Hope there were few options – acquiring an illegal, heartbreaking, and dangerous abortion or relinquishing the child to an orphanage. Living Hope seeks to enable mothers to give their children life and also to parent them by their natural family in their own culture. Living Hope is also reaching out to the greater community through education and services. International adoption is a wonderful way to bring a child into a loving family, but it can’t meet the need for every orphan. There just aren’t enough families adopting to stem the orphan crisis.
