My sister had her parental rights terminated, then gave her children up for adoption to my parents. The adoption is fully legal and her 6 months that she had to change her mind is long over. Would she have any way of getting her kids back?
A: It sounds like your state has a 6 month period for reversion. If that period is over it isn't going to happen unless the parents that adopted the child make the filing.
