My birth mother had a combined family, with two full sisters, aged 26 and 20 at the time of my birth, 3 half-brothers 12, 11, and 5, and one half-sister, age 6. My birth mother was a Senior in a college somewhere in N. C. , as of now it's looking like somewhere in Western N. C. My thoughts are it could have been UNC-Asheville, Appalachian State, or Western Carolina. My birth father was 21 at the time of my birth, also a Senior, at the same college. The 26 yr old was a teacher, and the 20 year old was a college student. She was 22 years old, 5'6'', "attractive," slender, thick brown hair, blue eyes and medium complexion. My mom's mother was 44 and worked as a real estate agent. My mom's father was also 44 and was a truck driver. My mom's parents divorced, unknown at what age....

The biological father of my 3 yo daughter has never seen, supported, or otherwise had anything to do with her. He has been given the opportunity several times and refused. How could I go about having his parental rights taken away and filing the paperwork
A: If he has not seen or supported your daughter in more than a year, then you can file for a TPR (terminationn of parental rights) under the abandonment laws.

i was trying to find an australian shepherd (aussie) adoption agency somewhere here in NC (USA). i was trying to get one for my boyfrined as a suprise for christmas, he used to own one but she died 2 years ago and he hasn't stopped talking about them

if a close family member[sibling] decides that you can adopt there unborn child because they have to many kids and you have had trouble having your own, does any1 know the procedure in nc to adopt a relatives child or the resources to find out.
