After hearing Tina's story, the phones lit up and from around NSW the calls came describing stories of many more adoption secrets and the impact those secrets have had on so many lives. Mum told how she and her twin sister Carolyn were adopted in 1947 and it's only now, at the age of 63, Mum has found a desire to find out some information about her birth mother. Then Tina Neil from Muttama got in touch and told the story of how she discovered she was adopted at the age of 56 after a family member let something slip- a life changing shock. I think the name of the show says it all.
I just saw a preview for it tonight and can't wait to see it.
Its seems to be mainly about reuniting natural families affected by adoption.
I may contact the show for my situation.

I was adopted when i was a baby, and have now have a great interest in finding out who my biological mother is. The only thing I know about her is that her name was nancy. There was no first name given and the adoption agency that I was adopted from (ABC

A: No experience. But why don't they help the mothers of the children rather then helping themselves to their children????
